HEAR THE ROCK HILL HS CHOIRS

Region Choir *Mandatory* TUESDAY:  Students selected to the Region 24 Honor Choirs will rehearse at MCKINNEY NORTH HS from 5:30-8:30 PM on Tuesday, October 28. In order for everyone to have something to eat prior and arrive on time by 5:00 PM for registration,  these selected students will be released from RHHS at 3:45 PM. We will meet at Chipotle near the corner of 380 and Lake Forest to eat as a group, then head over to McKinney North HS. All students are responsible or their own transportation from RHHS to McKinney North, as well as home following the rehearsal.

October Choir Social on Wednesday:  RHHS CHOIR MEMBERS -- YOU ARE INVITED! Please join the Choir Leadership Team in the choir room from 4:20-5:50 PM for community, food, and games! This year's theme is The Nightmare Before Christmas. No need for a costume, just show and have a great time.

After School Rehearsals for A Cappella Choir Women: A reminder to sopranos and altos in the A Cappella Choir that we begin rehearsing after school again (4:20-5:20 PM) on Tuesday, October 21. The following are the four *required* rehearsals as we prepare for the Winter Festival of Choirs:

   Tues, Oct 28 - NO REHEARSAL (Region Choir Rehearsal)

   Tues, Nov 4

   Tues, Nov 11

   Tues, Dec 2

A huge shoutout to the parents assisting (in so many ways!) as hosts for TMEA Region 24 Choir Auditions last weekend at RHHS. From room monitors, to breakfast bakers and audition ID callers ... our RHHS choir parents made over 500 guests comfortable. Each visitor that stepped foot on the RHHS campus was cared for, and the students auditioning were able to give their best.
