It's time to register for your preferred All-State Choir Camp if you plan to audition for the 2025 TMEA Region 24 Choir. The camp most Rock Hill High School choir members will attend is at UT Arlington, July 17-19, 2025. Because we will be sending a large group of students, Rock Hill choir members will benefit from a group discount.
Students are also encouraged to attend the camp at SMU, June 5-7, 2025. This is a commuter camp option.
Interested students should follow the directions to register with the group discount for UT Arlington by downloading the "FAQS" sheet on the TMEA-HS Region Choir page.

Thinking about auditioning for the 2025 TMEA Region 24 Choir?
Would you like to get a head start on several pieces of choral music that might be a bit more challenging than the music you will sing in your choir? Are you an incoming Freshman choir member that is looking to make the big jump from Middle School to a 5A or 6A High School in the Fall?
The Prosper ISD 2025 District Choir Workshop is just what you need! One day only (August 1, 2025) of advanced music learning, skill building, audition practice and procedures, and building confidence at Prosper High School. All of the first round Texas All-State music will be taught by master teachers and clinicians.
This workshop is REQUIRED for any student at Rock Hill High School planning to audition for the Region Choir in the fall.

All RHHS choirs have begun auditioning with the directors during their class period for their 25-26 choir placement (students not returning are sightreading in order to complete their spring semester performance task).
NEW TO CHOIR STUDENTS that are currently at RHHS are asked to come by the choir room before Thursday, May 15 in order to learn more about the choir program. Any student wishing to audition for an advanced ensemble should plan to audition for a director during Soar Time on Thursday, May 15. Please check your email for more information.
Rising 9th graders from Hays MS and Jones MS do not need to audition in advance for their 25-26 choir placement. The directors are making visits to each campus to ask answer questions in advance.
25-26 AUDITION RESULTS will be posted on this website the final week of school.

Each choir member took a short walk through the 24-25 Rock Hill Choir Handbook the second week of school, as well as receive forms and fee information to be taken home.
All choir fees should must be paid as soon as possible. Parents may send check or cash to school in an envelope with the fee sheet (so we may keep track of who is pay and what fees they are paying), or pay online.
The choir program at Rock Hill is very frugal when it comes to fee requirement. Our fee for the year is the cheapest of most organizations on the campus, and is in line with the choir programs at PHS and Walnut Grove.

Choir Forms will only be accepted in a hard copy format. Students will need all forms and fees to be current as of September 5, 2024 in order to participate in all future Rock Hill choir events and performances.
