Choir Forms will only be accepted in a hard copy format. Students will need all forms and fees to be current as of September 4, 2025 in order to participate in all future Rock Hill choir events and performances.

Parents, we need your assistance throughout the year. But first, you will need to be cleared by Prosper ISD. Click below to complete the Volunteer Background Check. Please email your choir director when you have completed the online background check for the 25-26 school year.
